Freedom is a birthright and not one that is bestowed by the Constitution. The 8+8+8 pattern has changed in the workplace. The present system of competition, high speed, professionalism and quality has increased material benefits for the employees, but reduced the time to enjoy it. So, in the workplace, even with all the pressure, the employee has to search for ways and means to enjoy his work.

 
 
 

Plenty of employment opportunities are awaiting the young generation. The process of globalization and rapid economic development of our country are the reasons behind this opportunity boom. The globalization process is the outcome of economic integration and in-depth economic cooperation. Globalization led to the origin of the three Gs in the world—G1, G2 and G3. G1 is nothing but fusion between countries in the world. The era of cold war is over in the world. Without economic integration and cooperation, it will not be possible for a country to develop. So in the name of Free Trade Area (FTA), Customs Union (CU), Economic Union (EU), etc., the economic integration is an ongoing process in the world as a whole. The symbol G2 represents fusion between companies. The doors of the markets of the countries are open to the world. This openness due to the process of globalization created integration between companies in different countries. So, they are working hand in hand as a single enterprise. G3 is the contribution of G1 and G2. It represents globalized culture, the gift of fusion between countries and companies in the world. Culture is one of the responsible features behind the behavior of a person. Change in the culture means possibility of changes in the attitude and behavior of human beings. The inculcation of globalized culture in the work environment is now creating problems in the organization. The employees in the present world do not want to be a permanent asset for the organization. They are ready to leave their organization at any given moment. Whatever the benefits the employees are getting from the organization, they are always in search of new opportunities. The immediate reason of attrition of the employees in an organization differs from firm to firm and from country to country.

Perception elements of the employees towards the work are influenced by so many factors. The working time, the target, income, welfare pattern provided by the company, image of the company, location, mentality and cooperation from colleagues, career growth opportunities, etc., are some of the factors influencing the perception of an employee towards his work.
